Choc Orange Shake
- 40g Chocolate flavoured whey
- 1 large orange (chopped and segmented)
- 2 tablespoons of low fat natural yogurt
- 50ml orange juice
- 150ml skimmed milk
Blend the chocolate whey with the orange juice and milk until smooth. Then add in the chopped orange segments and natural yogurt. Give it all a final blend until the orange segments are broken down and the shake has taken on a thicker consistency.
And it’s ready to drink, enjoy!
*Note: If bulking, a great way to get more carbs in the shake would be to add a portion of dry oats and blend.
